Apple Chai Cupcakes
200 grams of butter
200 grams of sugar
200 grams of flour
2 tablespoons Vanilla Chalo's Chai Latte premix
5 tablespoons Masal Chalo's Chai Latte premix
250 g of butter
50 ml of coconut cream
1 tbsp Masala Chalo's Chai Latte premix
50 g of sugar
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Mix the Vanilla & Masala Chalo's Chai Latte premix with 5-10 ml of boiling water.
Heat the butter in the microwave until it is liquid.
Add the butter and the dissolved Chai powder to the sugar and the flour.
Separate the egg yolk from the egg whites and whisk the egg whites.
Mix the egg white and egg yolk with the batter.
Peel the apples and slice them into cubes.
Spoon a little batter into the baking tin, then add 2-3 apple cubes and repeat.
Each cupcake must have 2 layers of apples and 2 layers of batter.
Put the baking tin in the pre-heated oven for 10-15 min.
Make the icing in the meantime.
Dissolve the Chai Latte powder in the coconut milk and the sugar.
Heat the mix until everything is dissolved.
Beat the butter and gradually add the chai coconut cream.
Take the cupcakes out of the oven and wait until they cool down to decorate with icing.
