Chalo Chai Granola

Healthy delicious topping

Preparation time: 120 Minutes



160 gram oat flakes

75 gram buckwheat grains

70 gram grated coconut

30 gram hempseed

75 gram walnuts (chopped)

75 gram hazelnuts (chopped)

70 gram pumpkin seeds

175 ml coconut oil

1 teaspoon Vanilla Chalo’s Chai Latte premix

1 teaspoon Cardemon Chalo’s Chai Latte premix


Preheat the oven at 120 degrees.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Put the mixture on a baking tray. Use parchment paper!

Bake the granola until golden in a convection oven.

Take the mixture out of the oven after one hour and stir the mixture. If necessary, chop the big nuts.

Put the granola mix back in the oven for 15 more minutes.

Take the granola out of the oven and let the Chalo chai granola cool before eating.

Chalo Chai Granola is delicious as a funky topping for your yoghurt, smoothies…
