Chalo Chai Brownies - Healthy and Delicious

Preparation:

INGREDIENTS

400 gram dates, pitted

4 tablespoon coconut oil

2 tablespoon honey

6 tablespoon cacao powder

2 tablespoon chia seeds

70 gram pumpkin seeds

1 pinch sea salt

60 gram raw hazelnuts, coarsely chopped

1 tablespoon Vanilla Chalo’s Chai Latte premix

3 tablespoon Masala Chalo’s Chai Latte premix

PREPARATION

Place all ingredients, except the hazelnuts, in a food processor or a high-speed blender.

Mix until smooth.

Add the chopped hazelnuts.

Cover a brownie tin with parchment paper and press down the dough to about 1,25 cm high.

Place the brownie in the fridge and let it set for minimum 30 min.

Cut in brownie-size pieces, dust with linseed.
